No experience needed. If you're careful with your hands, take pride in doing a job right, and want to build real skills, we'll train you in every part of the role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional weekend or overnight work as claims require.
- Conducting on-site evaluations of electronics damaged by fire, water, and other perils (from insurance claims)
- Safely inventorying, removing, and transporting items from insured properties
- Disassembling items for a thorough evaluation, then cleaning and restoring them
- Documenting your assessments — model numbers, serial numbers, condition — using digital tools
- Delivering restored items back to homes and businesses and reinstalling appliances with true "white glove" care
- A sharp eye for detail, strong organization, and the ability to follow work instructions accurately
- Genuine customer-service instincts — you'll be meeting people during a stressful time, and how you treat them matters
- Comfort working in post-disaster environments and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs during pick-ups and deliveries
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record (you'll operate company box trucks)
- Bonus: mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electronics and equipment
