A Day in the Life of a Consumer Electronics Technician:
- On-site evaluation of damaged electronics from insurance claims involving fire, water, or lightning strike damage
- Inventory, remove and transport electronic items and appliances from the insured’s home or business
- Disassemble and evaluate electronic items to be cleaned, serviced, and/or repaired
- Test, clean, restore, and reassemble electronic items to pre-loss condition
- Deliver and reinstall appliances and consumer electronic items within the insured home or business
What We are Looking for in You:
- Excellent customer service skills; provide "white glove" service for our clients
- Solid multi-tasking ability, prioritizing skills, and attention to details
- Consistently exhibit empathy and compassion
- Comfortable working on-site in post-peril (fire, floods, etc.) environments
- Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds during pick-up and delivery activities
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to work and customer sites occasionally
