Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle various repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as needed.
Install fixtures, appliances and equipment.
Assist with remodeling and renovation projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Manage subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Able to work 3rd shift hours depending on job.
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of repair techniques and building maintenance.
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $31.25 per hour
