Position Overview:

We are a 13-year-old business seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to assist with the opening (and management) of a new (approximately 30,000sf) facility and to oversee all warehouse activities to ensure overall inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, delivery staging and storage.

· Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes.

· Ensuring accuracy in inventory management.

· Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory movement.

· Assistance with implementing safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

· Experience as a warehouse manager, inventory manager, or similar role preferred.

· General knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems.

· Self-motivated with leadership and team management skills.

· Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to lift and move heavy items (as needed).

· Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· State driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
