Business Development Manager -Greater Las Vegas

Prism Specialty Restoration, the industry leader in contents restoration, is opening a new franchise in Las Vegas for the restoration of electronics, art, textiles, and documents for residential and commercial insurance claims. 
 
Joining the Prism Specialties Team Provides: 
  • Teamwork: Experience what it is like to work in a fun, positive team environment surrounded by people who support and encourage each other each day.
  • Learning & Development: Develop your skill set by increasing your knowledge and experience in all facets of contents restoration and customer service. 
  • Training: You will receive virtual and in-person training plus weekly professional coaching on all facets of relationship building in the specialty contents restoration industry. Travel required for in-person training and periodic education/meetings.
 A Day in the Life of a Business Development Executive 
  • Travel to and present an overview of our services to local restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, business owners and homeowner associations in the Greater Las Vegas area (including Henderson, Pahrump, and Boulder City).
  • Be comfortable managing sales processes and business relationships across all phases of the customer lifecycle. 
  • Goal focused: Use HubSpot CRM to enter customer information and to build robust pipeline of qualified opportunities that lead to sales growth.
  • Attend local conferences, trade shows, and insurance association meetings to network and build new relationships. 
 Additional Activities Include: 
  • Provide estimates for losses and pack-out contents to bring to/from the warehouse as needed.
  • Proficient in using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) in relationship building as needed.
  • Abide by all regulations and policies contained in the employee handbook, safety manual, and employment agreement
  • Occasional evening or weekend work is required.
What We are Looking for in You: 
  • Experience in property restoration industry or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to build and expand industry relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and helping build a new business from scratch with a positive, flexible, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Desire to learn, grow and assume more responsibility.
  • Solid presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment. 
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Can work from home as needed and/or as business conditions permit. 
Compensation
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Company performance bonus
  • Estimated total compensation range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Two weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment.
  • Healthcare and 401K are not available at this time but are expected to be supplied as the business grows.
NOTE: Must be willing and able to pass criminal and motor vehicle operation background checks and be comfortable driving a 16’ box truck.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
